Renu Beniwal

She holds a Masters in Law from Gujarat Maritime University with a specialization in Maritime Law, focussing on International Trade Law. Her research works include "Sexual Harassment" in Vidhi Aagaz’s ViACON and "RAPE" in SUPREMO AMICUS JOURNAL. Her research on "CIRP & the role of the IBBI: Issues & Challenges" was showcased at the GNLU National Colloquium on CIRP, shedding light on emerging issues and challenges with in the legal landscape.
