Lords School of Physical Education offers Bachelor’s in Physical Education promoting physical fitness, sports participation, and overall well-being among students. The department designs and develops the curriculum which includes various aspects of physical education, sports science, fitness training, and sports management.

Within the university, all the sports facilities and resources for students to engage in physical activities and sports are maintained which includes sports fields, gyms, fitness centres, equipment, and resources for conducting practical sessions and sports events.

Various sports events, tournaments, and fitness programs to engage students and promote active participation in physical activities are regularly organised. Many intramural sports, clubs, and recreational programs for students are held for students to stay physically active.

Programmes Offered

  • The Bachelor of Physical Education & Sports (BPES) is a three-year undergraduate course designed for sports enthusiasts who are interested in gaining specialized knowledge in the areas of physical education and sports. The BPES course offers an upgraded module with higher standards and a greater inclination towards the sports sector. It aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of various aspects related to physical education, sports management, sports science, and coaching techniques.

    Eligibility: 12th ( Any Stream) Min. 40%

    Duration: 3 Years

    Fees: 20,000 per semester

  • Master of Physical Education & Sports (MPES) is a two year full time post graduation course dealing with sports and various disciplines of physical fitness and sports science, sports research methodology, sports medicine, exercise physiology etc.

    Eligibility: BPES Min. 40%

    Duration: 2 Years

    Fees: 15,000 per semester

  • Indrapal Singh

    Dr. Indrapal Singh Chaudhary

    With over 8 years of teaching expertise in his role, he has qualifications in BPES, B.P.Ed, M.P.Ed, and Ph.D. His area of specialization is in theory sports psychology, sports biomechanics, practical cricket, and other games such as hockey, volleyball, and yoga. He has published and presented many research papers in the field of physical education and sports. He has also participated in the All India Inter- Inter-University Cricket Championship 4 times and represented the Agra and Mathura district associations affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association during the session from 2006 to 2017.

  • Sanjiv Kumar Sharma

    Sanjiv Kumar Sharma

    With over 23 years of experience, he has specialization in Physical Education theory and practical expertise in boxing, Wushu and Kickboxing. He has represented India in the Commonwealth Games, Youth Commonwealth Games, World Military Games, and World Women Boxing Championship as a technical official.He has also of participated in All India Inter University Boxing Championships,Senior National Boxing Championships, and clinched medals at the National level.
